Motherhood Sessions 2026 | Houston Motherhood Photographer

There’s something sacred about motherhood—the quiet in-between moments, the laughter, the chaos, the connection that somehow holds it all together. This year, I’m so excited to officially announce my Motherhood Sessions for 2026—a space intentionally created to honor you and the story you’re writing with your children.

A Modern, Minimal Take on Motherhood

Think timeless. Think effortless. Think Calvin Klein-inspired simplicity—denim, white tees, soft textures, and nothing to distract from what matters most: your connection.

These sessions are designed to feel relaxed, natural, and deeply meaningful. No heavy props. No distractions. Just you and your babies—exactly as you are in this season.

Session Details:

  • Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026

  • Time: Beginning at 10:00 AM

  • Location: Superb Studios

  • Spots are limited and will open for booking soon. Be sure to join the newsletter to be the first to know all the details.

Why Motherhood Deserves to Be Documented

As moms, we are almost always the ones behind the camera. We capture the milestones, the holidays, the everyday magic—but so rarely do we step into the frame ourselves.

And yet… these are the photos your children will treasure most someday.

Motherhood is not about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about the way your child leans into you, the way you instinctively reach for their hand, the way love shows up in the smallest gestures.

These sessions are about freezing that feeling in time.

Because the truth is—you will never regret having these photos.
But you might regret not taking them.

For Moms of Big Kids (Yes, This Is For You Too)

If your babies are growing up—maybe even taller than you, maybe rolling their eyes just a little—you might wonder if this is still for you.

Let me gently remind you… it is.

Motherhood doesn’t become less meaningful as your children get older—it becomes deeper, richer, and more layered. The connection shifts, but it never fades.

These sessions are especially meaningful for moms of older kids and teenagers. This is the season where time feels like it’s moving the fastest. The lasts are quietly approaching, even as you’re still living in the middles.

You deserve to be in the frame—right now, exactly as things are.

A Personal Note to My Own Babies

This work is so personal to me because I’m living it, too.

Jensen — almost 14.
Watching you grow into a young man has been one of the greatest honors of my life. You made me a mother—you were my first everything. Thoughtful, intellectual, and so easy-going. I love how deeply you think and how passionately you love the things that bring you joy (especially your ever-growing Super Mario and Nintendo collection). High school is right around the corner, and I find myself holding onto these days just a little tighter.

Penelope — 11 years.
My warrior girl. Your story began with so much uncertainty, but God’s grace has written something so beautiful through your life. You are creativity embodied—thoughtful, empathetic, and full of light. The way you love others (and animals… especially your reptiles) is something so rare and special. You see the world differently, and it’s one of my favorite things about you.

Ledger — 8 years.
My baby. My athlete. My wild, wonderful force. You move through life with so much energy and curiosity—always asking questions, always chasing the next challenge. You’re naturally gifted at everything you try, fiercely competitive, and yes… you really hate losing. But underneath all of that strength is the sweetest momma’s boy, and I’ll never take that for granted.

Let’s Capture Your Story

Motherhood is fleeting, even on the days that feel long.

These sessions are an invitation to pause—to step into the frame, to hold your babies close (no matter how big they are), and to create something tangible from this season of your life.

Because one day, these images will mean everything.
If this is something your heart has been nudging you toward—this is your sign. Let’s document your motherhood story, just as it is.
